Meet the Owners
Randi and Al Fuller bring a unique blend of expertise, passion, and community focus to Mesquite Tile & Flooring.
Randi grew up in Mesquite and was raised in the flooring industry, giving her firsthand experience in the trade from a young age. She later earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Services Counseling from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, followed by over a decade in social work. With a passion for psychology, design, and entrepreneurship, Randi merged these fields to create a unique approach to design that prioritizes both beauty and emotional well-being.
Al, originally from Arizona, holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering from Arizona State University. His analytical and technical background, combined with a hands-on approach, makes him a natural leader in daily operations, customer relations, and crew coordination.
Married in 2011, Randi and Al have built both a family and a business together, raising their three children while dedicating themselves to creating exceptional spaces for the Mesquite community. In 2018, they moved back to Mesquite to begin the transition of taking over Mesquite Tile & Flooring, officially purchasing the business in June 2021.
