Job Description

Mesquite Tile and Flooring is seeking an energetic Sales and Materials Coordinator to join our Office Team. This is a full time, Monday-Friday position.

Must have:

  • Excellent sales and customer service experience
  • 2+ years relevant experience in customer service and office administration
  • Google Workspace experience a plus
  • Bilingual spanish/english a plus

Must be able to perform the following skills:

  • Can easily navigate computers and technology,
  • Sales and Customer Service
  • Ordering Materials
  • Receiving Materials
  • Update pricing
  • Materials Bundling
  • Inventory maintenance tracking
  • Documenting Workflow Systems
  • Navigating QFloors (Flooring Software)
  • Coordinating Material Pick up and Delivery
  • Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs
  • Other duties as assigned

Accounts Clerk

Job Description

This position performs general accounting, payroll, and office administrative support activities, maintains accounts payable, receivable, and human resources records, performs retail duties when needed and the processing and maintenance of documents.

Minimum Qualifications: 
High School Diploma or GED required
1-3 years of related experience in Accounts Payable & Receivable and/or Payroll required
1-2 years of experience with MSOffice, Google Workspace, and accounting software required
Strong verbal and written communication skills required
Able to maintain confidentiality of company information
Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Being an effective team player
  • Strong problem-solving skills
Starting pay based on experience.
